What a lovely way to tie the knot, by joining with your family and friends on the beach.  And the hat lights up! This white mini hat is adorned with a multitude of actual seashells in all shapes and sizes.  Attached for color and shine are jewels with prisms to catch the lights in violet, lilac and blue, similar to australian opels.  Hanging from the brim are a diamond and a pair of glass flipflop charm.  On the rear is a white mini veil, a white fabric flower, and topped with a real starfish adorned with pearls.  There is a battery pack on the brim and when switched on, lights behind the shells illuminate the front and brighten the colors.
