Do You Want Fries With That?  For anyone who slung burgers as a teenager for a living and has graduated to owning your own food truck, this is a walk down memory lane.  Let's start with a plastic red basket, add traditional red and white checkered paper liner and it with a burger of foam and plastic (delish!) with associated condiments.  The order of fries came from an old foam couch cushion, and the only thing that is real is the kosher salt on the fries.
