This nautical themed piece is perfect for your next yacht party or welcoming home a returning sailor.  The hat is designed as a "dixie cup" with white cotton attached to a woven polyester cap, and attached around the brim is twisted rope line.  If you know marlinspike then you will recognize the knots attached to the sides of the hat.  Wine charms of dolphins, crabs, anchors, starfish and turtles hang from rope.  The rear is white tulle in serpentine pattern with white sequins and crystals.
